What to expect
Massage are by appointment only. First time clients need will need to fill out intake paperwork and sign an informed consent form. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time.
During a massage, you can expect to lie down on a comfortable massage table while a licensed massage therapist uses various massage techniques to manipulate your muscles and soft tissues to help you relax and relieve tension. You will be asked to undress to your comfort level and will be draped with sheets for privacy. It's common to feel relaxed and refreshed after a massage.
